the room was spacious and offered a lovely sea view. the hotel provides several swimming pools, with one heated plus a spa center.

i found the restaurant service a bit slow. dishes piled up sometimes, affecting the dining experience. i hope they can improve this aspect.

The wifi service was unreliable. I experienced frequent disconnections and slow speeds, difficult to work. the variety of vegan options at the buffet was somewhat limited, and the labeling was not always clear. This caused me some concern. I hoped for More choices . the gym equipment looked a little outdated. A couple of the machines seemed worn and needed some maintenance.

The place was clean overall. My partner had an injury so the staff gave us a room near reception. This made activities in the hotel easily accessible. We had a view of the pool and the sea.

The hotel only provides free bottled water during the first night. Guests are expected to fill bottles at water stations after that. The stations are used when water is needed in the room. The water policy seems environmentally conscious but impractical.
